Call 70 11 07 07 — or the local doctor

The nurse or doctor who answers when you dial 70 11 07 07 will, depending on the situation:

  • make an appointment for you with the emergency room/urgent care clinic
  • ask you to contact the local doctor
  • call 112
  • give you medical advice

You may also contact the local doctor during his opening hours to receive treatment for your injuries.

Have you fallen ill?

— then contact the local doctor.

If the local doctor’s office is closed you can call the Emergency Service Doctor at 70 11 07 07.

The Emergency Service Doctor will, depending on the situation:

  • make an appointment for you with the Emergency Service Doctor or make a house call
  • make an appointment for you with the emergency room/urgent care department
  • ask you to contact the local doctor
  • call 112
  • give you medical advice

You should only call the Emergency Service Doctor if you are seriously ill and the local doctor’s office is closed.

Don’t call the Emergency Service Doctor for things such as prescription renewals.

Only call 112 in case of a life-threatening disease or injury.
